Downspout+ providesscheduled inspections of your gutter and downspout system with photo documentation and clear status updates. Small issues are caught early. Larger issues are identified before they cause damage. You stay informed without having to remember, climb ladders, or guess.
What’s Included
✔ Two Scheduled Inspections Per Year Each inspection includes: Visual inspection of gutters and downspouts Photo documentation Written condition notes Clear status update after each visit
✔ Up to One Routine Cleaning Per Year (If Justified) Performed only if inspection shows it’s appropriate. Routine cleaning includes: Removal of loose debris (leaves, needles, grit) No disassembly No repairs
What “Routine Cleaning” Means
Routine cleaning is limited by design. It does not include: Cutting, detaching, or flushing components Fixing pitch, size, or design issues Repeat cleanings caused by known defects If a condition falls outside routine scope, it is documented and quoted separately—no surprises.
What’s Not Included Downspout+ does not include: Emergency or same-day service Unlimited cleanings Repairs or modifications On-demand visits Storm response Guarantees against water damage Additional services are optional, prepaid, and scheduled separately.
